Namavaran Office Building
The Namavaran Office Building project is situated on a 2,009 square meter plot at the intersection of Zartosht Street and Second Street. The plot has three frontages and benefits from convenient access from all sides.
The project plan includes a 9-story office tower along with service areas and parking facilities. The building footprint covers 50% of the site area and is located in the northern part of the site. The land has a noticeable slope, with an elevation difference of approximately 2.5 meters between the northern and southern streets.

Design Strategy
Since the ground level zero has been defined along the northern street, a large platform was designed as the office plaza. The main mass of the project is also situated on this platform. The architectural strategy of the project is the result of subtracting vertical volumes from the initial 60%+2 mass, ultimately achieving a 50% building footprint.
The result is six vertical towers, organized with appropriate spacing between them. The reflection of the towers in the surrounding water feature presents a novel expression of the relationship between the platform and the towers.
