  1. Buying and selling shares of companies and securities and issuing bonds and partnerships
  2. Buying, selling, renting and other transactions related to the purpose and interests of immovable and movable property inside or outside the country, which are necessary to carry out the purpose of the company.
  3. Import, export, purchase and sale of materials, supplies, equipment and goods to carry out company or other matters and obtain representation from domestic or foreign sources in this regard.
  4. Commercial operations and authorized transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company’s affairs and are necessary or useful for the progress of the company’s affairs.
